Ovulation Spotting? - can egg white cervical fluid mean period

Last month I had a 'place' of blood in my discharge to 13 days. I think it was a sign of ovulation, because I have a regular cycle and had fluid protein cervical cancer.

Is the area that usually means ovualtion has already occurred, is occurring or will happen?
